AugmentedCISO becomes Tenacy !

Here we are. After several months of work, brainstorming and deep soul-searching, we've reached a new stage in our development. We want to go beyond the SaaS solution dedicated to CISOs, and become the day-to-day partner of cybersecurity teams at the service of corporate performance.

To mark this new milestone, we are changing our name to Tenacy.

Renewed vision, transcended mission and expanded business. We're all set!

We started developing our platform in 2020 with the conviction that we needed to help CISOs better manage their cybersecurity to minimize corporate risks. Our background was in cybersecurity consulting. This heritage was our strength: we understood and knew the real needs of CISOs.

Faced with increasing compliance constraints, multiplying threats and a growing number of operational security tools, it was necessary to develop an all-in-one platform to lighten the mental load on CISOs. And we did!

Thanks to AugmentedCISO, CISOs now have a platform enabling them to centralize, interconnect and measure all their cybersecurity management processes. The result is greater visibility, efficiency and consistency, and therefore better, more confident decision-making.

After 2 years of intense activity, 30 employees, 65 customers, over 1,200 users and some twenty technology partners have joined us. This rapid acceleration was crowned by the raising of 2.5 million euros in capital and the award of the Label France Cybersecurity in Q1 2022.

But we don't want to stop there. We're now convinced that cybersecurity is a global security issue that all players in companies must grasp if they are to guarantee competitiveness, performance and business continuity.

Armed with this conviction, we have redefined our mission: to enable companies to protect & boost their business by integrating precise & tailor-made cybersecurity governance.

Faced with this new mission, and to help our customers succeed, we are expanding our business to "simplify & improve the day-to-day life of security teams by promoting awareness, control & informed management of cybersecurity issues by all corporate stakeholders".

That's why we're developing and marketing a simple, structuring next-gen cybersecurity GRC platform. All-in-one, it offers all the functionalities required by security teams to :

- Assess and maintain their level of cybersecurity compliance;
- Easily manage certification projects;
- Manage cybersecurity processes in any organizational context;
- Measure performance and report effectively;

Finally, to better adapt to our market, the Tenacy platform will now be marketed around 3 offers:

- Tenacy For Business: for companies and public institutions ;
- Tenacy For Consulting: for consulting firms;
- Tenacy For Education: for students, trainers and training organizations.

Vision, mission and business renewed, but ambition confirmed. Now, more than ever, we are ready to achieve our 2025 objective:

- 1000 customers ;
- 20,000 users;
- A strong international footprint.

There's no doubt that we'll be the partner of choice for cybersecurity teams working to improve business performance.

Goodbye AugmentedCISO. Welcome to Tenacy !

AugmentedCISO, in essence, only targeted CISOs. Today, we want to reach all Cybersecurity teams, not only in France, but also in Europe, the UK and North America.

In addition, after an initial growth phase, we wanted to reaffirm our uniqueness in the GRC cybersecurity market and make our employer brand more attractive.

So it became essential to change our name. And so, today, we bid farewell to our former AugmentedCISO brand and welcome Tenacy !

Tenacy is the contraction of (Tena)city and (cy)bersecurity. While the latter is an obvious choice, the former refers to a remarkable character trait of both our cybersecurity teams and ourselves. Tenacious in the face of all adversity, just like our customers, we never give up and show our fighting spirit over the long term.

Our capital and lower-case logo brings seriousness and expertise together with reassurance and security. A slight graphic asperity on the "Y" expresses flight and precision. The colors used modernize and distinguish our image in a highly competitive environment.

Tenacy has character, as we do, and our baseline "EMPOWERING CYBERSECURITY" is a reminder of this.

Our new brand is empowering, incisive and open. It enhances the value of cybersecurity teams, giving them the strength to face up to their challenges and boost business performance.
