It's a date to pin above your desk or circle in your calendar: the date of application in France of the NIS 2 directive.
More formally known as " Network and Information Security 2.0 ", this made-in-Europe directive was adopted in December 2022 and is currently being transposed into the national law of each signatory country.
But it also raises many questions.
